Cancellation Policy

At Agilis Trainings, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants’ needs to the best of our ability. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing the interests of both our participants and our organization.

Course Cancellation by Agilis Trainings

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future course or receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Participant Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration for a course, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to make necessary arrangements. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of course and the timing of your cancellation:

  1. Standard Courses, Special Events or Workshops:
    • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date of the course: Participants are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days and 14 days of the start date of the course: Participants may be entitled to a partial refund of 80% or credit towards a future course, subject to our discretion and the circumstances of the cancellation.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date of the course: Participants may be entitled to a partial refund of 50% or credit towards a future course.
  2. Certification Exams:
    • Cancellation or rescheduling policies for certification exams may vary depending on the exam provider’s policies. Please refer to the specific exam provider’s terms and conditions for more information.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exceptions

Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
